Our firm has an in-house estimator, certified in the latest industry leading estimating software (the same one used by insurance companies). This allows us to provide detailed estimating for all damages, and give accurate reports to the insurance companies. Historically, policyholders are misrepresented in this step, as inaccurate estimate leads to denied claims or underpaid claims.
